If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, just send it back within 30 days from date of purchase including a letter explaining the reason for the return, also please be sure to give us both your full name it was purchased with as well as the address it was shipped to and your phone number we will process your refund within three business days from the day we receive the items.

• Items that have been installed are subject to manufacturer warranties only and are un-returnable unless defective, unless otherwise noted.
• Ford Computer modules are still covered by a 30 day return regardless if installed as well as 60 day exchange policy for a like price item(s) only.
• Items missing components are refunded less the cost of the missing components.
• Returned items must be returned in a like new salable condition or face a 38% re-stocking on the full amount of the order (less shipping)
